Sometimes we find that the world becomes homogeneous and loses its uniqueness. Chattooga County and the area surrounding it is filled with art and community that have been intertwined for decades. The people here have always been self-reliant passing down traditions of culture through traditional crafts.  People have always done artwork in Their own way, if  through textile production or from homespun crafts.  The traditional crafts have brought about by sense of unique community here where people embrace their talents and their creativity. You can see those talents in our local art galleries, community festivals, and breathtaking countryside, all of which exist tucked away in the mountains of Northwest Georgia.
